Job Description for Set – Up/ Take – Down Crew

This is a hired position filled by our operations team. They have volunteer status as part of their participation in the festival. Shift times are not reflective of actual work hours.

Friday- Assemble and place all the pop-ups required for the various venues. Load and deliver chairs and tables to the pop-up locations and the VIP tent and all the other chores relative to being ready for the Saturday Show.

Sunday- Removal and packing of all festival-owned equipment. Cleaning tables, chairs, grounds, and misc.
